Appellant was convicted of possession of marijuana and sentenced to 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - institutional division. On appeal, appellant challenged, among other issues, the validity of the consent to the search of the trailer which revealed a large quantity of marijuana. The court of appeals affirmed appellants conviction. We granted review on the validity of the consent to search.
